 Julianna Burrall, Attorney at Law, is a Georgia estate planning and tax attorney with over 25 years of legal experience and a substantial background in estate planning, probate administration and tax law.

Julianna Burrall is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A./English 1984), and subsequently earned graduate degrees from Florida State University College of Business (M.B.A./Finance 1988), Florida State University College of Law (J.D. 1991), and University of Alabama School of Law (LL.M. Taxation 2011). She has practiced law in the Atlanta area since 1991, and is admitted to practice law in all federal and state courts in Georgia and Florida, including the U.S. Tax Court and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Julianna’s private law practice specializes in customized tax and estate planning; probate and estate administration; elder law, including guardianships and conservatorships; family business succession planning; small business formations; and personal and business taxation matters.

She has worked with clients throughout the southeast, and has represented several grassroots organizations before state and federal legislative bodies to lobby for much needed changes in tax laws and regulations. In addition to teaching graduate courses in business law, Julianna has been a featured speaker for numerous small business and community organizations on taxation and business matters, estate planning, succession planning, and asset protection.

Julianna currently serves as one of the County Administrators and County Conservators for Cobb County, Georgia. She is active in the Cobb County Bar Association, and is a past president of the CCBA Elder & Disability Law Section. Her practice is located in Marietta, Georgia and her practice extends throughout Cobb County and Metro Atlanta.
